We are proud to share this news with you: the certification testifies our dedication, flexibility and resilience even in this unique emergency. It attests that IWT conforms to the Quality Management System requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard for Design, manufacture, installation and service of equipment and machines for industrial cleaning.
How did we manage the "virtual" certification process?
- An "Operations Center" (located in an IWT meeting room) was remotely connected to the DNV auditors and to all the IWT staff involved in the process, located either in their offices or working from home
- A colleague was guiding the Factory Tour through each department, sharing the recorded images via his mobile phone; another colleague based in his office provided documentation and Quality System descriptions throughout the tour
- During the 3 days of interviews with IWT staff, we shared all the necessary documentation regarding processes and fluxes
- The cooperation of DNV GL and Rodolfo Giannini (DNV Area Manager) to support this process was fundamental
