To help and direct such a transformation, LIUC Università Carlo Cattaneo Business School designed a thorough managerial education program, articulated in 20 sessions from February to November 2022, aiming at providing the context and the body of knowledge to face strategic, tactical, and operational SCM challenges.

Roberto Crippa, our IWT Supply Chain Director, has been asked to bring his experience in supply chain organisation. He will cover which criteria should be used in organisational design, how the SCM Team should be structured and manned, and how SCM Human Capital should be managed and developed.
