Following the continuous growth of the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the Irish market, IWT has once again been successful in gaining further awards on Green Field development projects throughout 2019 and into 2020.

Our latest partnering is protected under Non-Disclosure Agreement’s (NDA’s) so specific detail is restricted. However a key deciding factor in gaining the trust and support of this new partnership, in these challenging commercial times, is IWT Pharma’s total understanding of cleaning needs of all the clients applications. The main application is Laboratory Glassware, this requires both washing and decontamination in the new facilities Quality Test and Assurance Lab’s.

IWT once again, was able to fully demonstrate a quality engineered washing solution and had a proven back catalogue of customised basket design. These bespoke basket solutions combined with the 200 series cGMP washing system will ensure total control and repeatability, whilst functioning at a fully automated level.  

Another key factor in securing this specific award was around our manufacturing build time and the commitment to supply the system and supporting validation services within a small window of time. As a Global supplier with dedicated focus towards cGMP grade cleaning solutions, this challenge has been met and exceeded with delivery to site scheduled within a 12-week program (design, build, test, deliver and install).
