Here at IWT we care about every single detail, guaranteeing the highest quality in all manufacturing processes. To help ensure consumer safety, meeting all the necessary tolerances, we adopt orbital welds for all piping (in contact and not in contact with the process media) of the machine and loading baskets.

The orbital welding process has been implemented according to WPS and WPQR, duly developed and certified by an external regulatory body.

All the welds in contact with the process media are executed in compliance with the UNI EN ISO norms. This gives compliance to the industry guidelines such as EU GMP and FDA. Verification of the welding is also conducted according to the ASME-BPE-2019 standard.
